How do I pay?+
We will send you a PayPal invoice after you place your order. Once the invoice is paid, we will begin preparing your fresh platters for your requested time. This ensures a secure and smooth transaction for your business meeting or event.
When do I need to order by?+
Please give us at least 2 hours notice. For large orders (5+ platters) or specific event times, please order 24 hours ahead to ensure availability.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?+
For delivery: ordering 2 or more platters results in free delivery within our 3-mile zone. If you order just 1 platter for delivery, a £5 delivery charge applies. Collection is always free with no minimum order.
Can I customise my platter?+
Yes! Use the special requests field when ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate preferences, allergen requirements, and custom arrangements.
How many people does a platter serve?+
Each platter typically serves 6–8 people as part of a spread, or 4–5 people as a main meal. You can mix and match multiple platters for variety!
Do you cater for allergens?+
Always note allergens in your special requests. While we take every precaution, please note that our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Full allergen information is available on request.
